Ranitidine HCl Injection

1. COMMON NAME:

 Ranitidine HCl Injection

2.  COMPOSITION:

     Ranitidine Hydrochloride             

3.  INDICATIONS:

Acid suppression drugs.Mainly used for:

1. Bleeding from peptic ulcer, diffuse gastric mucosal lesions, bleeding from anastomotic ulcer, prevention of rebleeding after gastric surgery, etc.;

2. Acute gastric mucosal injury complicated by stress, and acute gastric mucosal injury caused by aspirin;It is also often used to prevent severe diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.) under the stress of stress ulcer bleeding;

3. Prevent acid reflux combined with aspiration pneumonia in patients under general anesthesia or after major surgery and in patients in weak coma. 

4. USAGE and DOSAGE:

Adults:

(1) upper gastrointestinal bleeding: 50mg each time, slow intravenous drip (1-2 hours) after dilution, or slow intravenous injection (more than 10 minutes), or 50mg intramuscular injection. The above methods can be given twice a day or once every 6-8 hours.

(2) preoperative administration: general anesthesia or slow intravenous infusion of 50~100mg for 60~90 minutes before major surgery, or slow intravenous infusion of 5% glucose injection after 200ml dilution for 1~2 hours.

Children:

Static note: 1~2mg/kg each time, once every 8~12 hours;

Static drop:

Each time 2~4mg/kg, 24 hours continuous infusion.
